Young or not-so-young. New to exercise, or not-so-new. Manchester Athletic Club has a class that will suit your needs. We offer a variety of classes from Strength Training, Step, Fit-At-Any-Age, Sculpting, Indoor Cycling, Zumba, and even Aquatics to mind-body focused classes like Pilates and Yoga. In fact, our program is so energetic, you can find four different classes occurring at the same time in four different studios!
Boasting over 70 classes per week, our schedule also carries three of the most popular Les Mills classes including Body Pump, Body Combat, and our newest addition RPM. Check the Group Fitness Schedule and Class Descriptions to find your favorite class! No program on Cape Ann can offer you so much!
