Group Fitness

The Manchester Athletic Club offers a wide array of group fitness classes to fit all of your fitness needs. Our classes are designed to get you started, keep you fit and help you stay motivated! With over 75 classes a week included in your membership, you are bound to find something you enjoy. We offer everything from strength to cardio, indoor cycling, Zumba, mind body, aquatics and Les Mills Body Pump and Body Combat. Our goal is to get you started in the right direction and inspire you. Whether you are new to exercise or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our instructors are some of the best on the north shore and you are bound to get hooked!
