Welcome to ProFitness Personal Training at Manchester Athletic Club! With your new membership you receive our individualized and unique MACfit Rewards Program. The goal of these sessions is to help you understand how Manchester Athletic Club can help you reach your fitness potential and to become acquainted with our fitness facility!
Within 24 hours of you joining MAC, you will be contacted by one of our ProFitness Personal Trainers to schedule your first MACfit session. Please fill out pages 1-9 of your Fitness Journal that you received upon joining and bring this with you to your MACfit session.
MACfit Session One During this session, your Personal Trainer reviews the Fitness Journal to understand of your fitness history and goals. MACfit Session One is where we gather all the information we need to set you up to look better, feel better or compete better. We use these measurements to set your short term and long term fitness goals. These measurements are also used to guarantee you the results you want through your participation at MAC and to assist you in reaching your fitness goals. We are here to help you Move Better, Feel Better and Compete Better!
For MACfit Session One:
- If necessary, have a light snack 2-3 hours prior to your appointment
- Come ready to exercise. Wear sneakers, workout clothes and bring a water bottle.
- Allow 60 minutes for your appointment
- Do not have chocolate, soft drinks, coffee, tea or cigarettes for 8 hours prior to your appointment
- Do not have alcohol for 24 hours prior to your appointment
- Do not exercise for 12 hours before your appointment
MACfit Session Two Your second MACfit session is your first Personal Training session! You meet with your Personal Trainer, review your results and get trained! We will help you look better, feel better and compete better!
