Studio A is got an upgrade!

All Group Fitness classes back in Studio A starting April 18th!

Join us in our newly renovated studio!  This new studio boasts harwood flooring, a state of the art sound system, new paint, more floor space, new equipment and the best instructors on the North Shore.

Friday 9:30am-10:00am Stretch It with Shannon (Step Interval new time 8:30am-9:30am)
